Hey! People call me Paton. I write lyrics, give my thoughts a voice, produce electronic music, mix, master and take care of every visual detail of my Patonwave movement.
I’ve been into music for as long as I can remember. From listening to MP3s on the bus across Łódź to playing my own WAVs in a proper studio. I’m a bit of an audiophile and a music lover. If I had to name a few of my most important inspirations, I’d definitely mention Mac Miller, Tyler, The Creator, Daft Punk, Tame Impala, Gorillaz, Mac DeMarco, Gedz, Guzior, Taco, Jan-rapowanie, Maduk, Luude, Netsky, Chase & Status, Kordhell, Voyage…

You can’t really hear them that directly in my music, but their work has had a big influence on my life and my taste.
Just like you, I have my better and worse moments. I write about them, often in a cosmic way, and then cool things come out of it that end up in your headphones and on your screens. Passion and my people have always been what gives my life meaning. I tend to follow what I feel, and then I act. I live in the here and now – I seize the day.

Pustynia fiask
A project built on a foundation of original instrumentals across many branches of electronic music. The main building blocks are Synthwave, Drum and Bass, House and Phonk, spiced up with a new-school hip-hop character. A carefully balanced cosmic nostalgia, set against a contrasting, battery-charging energy. The sound of the synthesizer became the glue that holds the whole album together. The lyrics are about me – what makes me happy and what wears me down, relationships, and stepping into adult life. I talk about my failures and successes, measured against a young man’s big dreams. I share thoughts on existential questions in relation to reality. Lyrically, they’re packed with metaphors and wordplay. Every note and every line came straight from the heart – to express myself and move listeners on many levels.
